We are seeking a bright, motivated Sales Operations Administrator with an analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail to join our Sales Operations team. This person will be responsible for daily operational tasks in Sales Operations that include:

  • Act as a liaison for the Sales team to internal departments
  • Assist sales team with quoting, proposals and deal analysis.
  • Source & procure hardware with partners & distributors
  • Communicate and coordinate logistics for order and service fulfillment
  • Create and run Salesforce reports on a regular basis to show performance, activity, data cleanliness compliance, etc.
  • Point of contact for Salesforce.com. Provide assistance to field sales team to troubleshoot non-technical issues.
  • Support management with reporting, dashboards, metrics, KPIs
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly bookings forecast process

Requirements:

  • Experience working at or within a sales technology environment
  • Excellent quantitative and analytic skills, a data-driven mindset
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, self-driven
  • Demonstrable competency in working with spreadsheets. Salesforce.com experience a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Standardize and document department system and application requirements
  • Use ticketing system to manage desktop support request
  • Cleanup software, virus removal, and data backup as required
  • Document and Setup access level system hierarchy based on department profiles
  • Coordinate tools and access requirements for new hire and employees as required
  • Managed inventory of corporate assets: laptop, desktop, phone, TV, printers
  • Act as an escalation to company network connectivity related issues
  • Might be involved in lab networking staging or setup

REQUIREMENTS

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years in a systems administrator role, designing and maintaining a network of Microsoft based computers/servers.
  • Familiarity with Apple based computing
  • Experience in data transfer between systems
  • Hands-on or knowledge of wireless, firewall, switches and routing
  • Customer service/technical support experience – a PLUS
  • Experience rolling out CRM/SalesForce or major applications- a PLUS
  • CCNA certification or equivalent – a PLUS
  • Project Management certification such as PMP (Project Management
  • Professional) or ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Libraries) a PLUS

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for all elements of selling to large enterprise accounts located in the San Francisco Bay area. This includes selling hardware, software and services to existing, current and past clients.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue objectives appropriate to the senior nature of the role.
  • Transfer selling relationships from current clients.
  • Maintain existing hardware and software revenues and focus on finding and closing Serro professional and managed services opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with net new accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for Serro professional and managed services as well as hardware and software sales in these new accounts.
  • Establish and/or maintain relationships with Serro key vendors to drive joint sales opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast opportunities using SFDC.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate consistent annual earnings of at least $400K.
  • Selling relationships should show longevity.
  • Personal revenue mix should be predominantly derived from Hardware and Software sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling.
  • Equally as important is that you must be someone with a track record of getting along well with your colleagues.

The TechOps Network Engineering team is responsible for managing all networks at FireEye, including our production data-centers, global network backbone, corporate office networks, and external connection points.

The Network Engineering team is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with foundations in Network Engineering and Automation to build tooling and frameworks to support the management and scaling of the various networks that make FireEye run. As a Network Engineer, you would develop APIs and tools to be used by both the Network Engineering team as well as other teams within Technical Operations. This role is ideal for an ambitious network engineer who aspires to grow as an automation developer, or an established tool/automation developer with a networking background.

Senior Network Engineer

Serro, LLC is recruiting for our Santa Clara, CA office: Senior Network Engineer (job code #34809):

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, document, deploy and maintain network infrastructure in support of service provider operations for customers requiring high uptime, and rapid disaster recovery.
  • Administer and troubleshoot the network environment in a multi-customer, multiple-geography, multiple-physical layer WAN backhaul to a distributed wireless mesh network using proprietary routing protocols and network management tools.
  • Develop and migrate an Intervlan routed network into an MPLS based network. Document, deploy and maintain a Layer 2 and Layer 3 dynamically routed, highly available and fault tolerant network.
  • Qualify, troubleshoot, and verify vendor claims regarding new routing, switching, and security hardware and software in preparation for deployment in our production environment.
  • Engage the Vendor Engineering organization and assist teams responsible for firmware and routing protocols in designing operational and security elements into our broadly deployed networking product.
  • Act as escalation point for all network and security related incidents.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior, intermediate, and senior members of the technology staff, assisting them in their technical and professional development. On-call pager duty is required (one week a month).

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 7 years of experience; or BS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, and 5 years of experience.
  • At least 5 years of Internet Protocol (IP) based networking experience such as ISP (Internet Service Provider) required. Advanced Cisco certification such as CCIE (Cisco Certified Network Professional), CCVP (Cisco Certified Voice Professional), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) or CCDP (Cisco Certified Design Professional) required.
